Payments, Duties & Taxes

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate is determined by the client's credit card company at the time of purchase. Acceptable forms of payment - Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
The sales tax rate depends on the shipping destination. Both PST (8%) and GST (5%) are applicable on shipments within Ontario. Shipments made anywhere in Canada outside Ontario are PST exempt. Taxes are not charged to shipments outside of Canada.

Returns, Refunds and Credits

Ici Paris will offer a store credit if the client has contacted us within the seven (7) days from receipt of shipment to make arrangements for returning an item.

The client will be contacted when we have received the returned product and the credit has been applied to their store account.

Product must be unused, must be in its original packaging and the packaging intact, and the client must have the receipt.

Store credit will only be applied to the client's store account when item is returned. The store credit is kept on the client's file. There is no expiration date for this credit. The client may use the credit for either another product, or services at the spa.

The store credit is for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping & handling). There are no refunds for shipping & handling or return shipping of the item.

The following items can not be returned: Make up and nail polishes for sanitary reasons.

Processing & Shipping Times

Ici Paris will process orders within three (3) business days from the day of purchase. The duration of shipping is dependent on the destinations and Canada and US postal services. It normally varies from one (1) business day within GTA and Ontario to 10 business days for distant and rural areas of United States. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances in which you may receive your order later than expected. Ici Paris will do its best to inform you right away if this situation arises.

Shipping costs: For orders over $150.00 before taxes the shipping is free.
For orders under $150.00  the shipping is $9.00 for Ontario addresses and $15.00 outside of Ontario.
